Can subscribe to Embar all natural or legal persons, domestic or foreign that operate in the field of wood packaging, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraphs (d)), and), f), g), (h)), i), j), and m) of paragraph 1 of article 2 of Decree-Law No. 366-A/97, of 20 December, as well as the institutions and associations incorporated under the relevant provisions of the Civil Code or of Decree-Law No. 215-C/75, April 30, since the request and obtain their admission pursuant to this Statute.
